Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Hi,

the court audience button says "1 issue pending".

As you can see in screenshot, there are 2.
I can do only one: when done, the other icon disappear from screen. (see screenshot in the other bug topic).

If I do the right one first, it leads to the other bug. If i do the left one first, it leads to the other bug (too).

It is locking my game.... i'm not sure the playthrough is worth continuing since i cannot hold audience anymore after this.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
