Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
crash dumps appear to fail to upload.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
do anything that crashes the game(load an old incompatible save for example). after answering the text box about what i was doing and hit send. wait a bit. dialog pops up that says 'uploaded the crash report, however the server responded incorrectly' with an ok button. press ok and it returns to the previous send/cancel dialog.
note, this doesn't seem to be 1.3.0 specific. i've seen this since release. i've just been too lazy to report it.
the dump may be getting uploaded successfully. but, the behavior makes me concerned that you're not seeing my issues unless i manually report them.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

having the exact same issue ever since I jumped over from Xbox Launcher to Steam launcher. Verifying files doesn't seem to fix it.
