Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The game first freezes when i try to zoom in on the transition between the second and third mapview and then crashes to the desktop a few seconds later.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start game - start new game on earliest epoch - choose play as any leader - zoom in - freeze/crash

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I have tried different resolutions, full screen/windowed, full re-install. None of that soöved the issue. My drivers a up to date.

One thing i can say is that on my secondary device, a gaming laptop, the game runs just fine. The notable difference here is the laptop has a nvidia rtx 2060 gpu. The PC has a Radeon Vega 64. Both systems have a ryzen cpu and 16gb ram.

I do not have a savegame because i can't even start a run.

We require the crash report folder of the related session to properly investigate the issue. Please attach the zipped CTD folder here, if possible.
CTD folders can usually be found at: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\crashes

I have added all existing crash records. One thing of note is that today, for the first time the game did not crash on my PC at the described moment. Unfortunatly the game crashed later during naming a newborn child, after that the game went right back to crashing instantly when loading an existing or starting a new game.

Thank you for the folder! We're investigating the issue.
In the mean time you can try these solutions:
Please try lowering your graphics settings and/or try disabling the SSAO option,
you can also try to disable overclocking on your GPU if you have it enabled. Please let me know if the issue improves.

I've tried the suggested solutions but the issue persists.
I've not overclocked my GPU.
I hope the issue can be fixed in the near future.

So far I have not managed to resolve the continuous issues regarding the crashes on my PC. FYI - I have checked the system requirements and my system has a better performance than the recommended system requirements. I have attached the recent crash record.

Update!

I completely reset my entire PC. All Drivers are again absolutely up to date. The issue persists and still happens practically every time I try to play the game on my PC.
I also noticed another player on Reddit who has the same issue as me with almost the same setup.
