Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
After reuniting all anglosaxon tiles (as King of England), the game tells me in a pop up, that the ppl want a new culture and that all anglo saxon ppl and tiles will switch to scottish. I could not prevent that, the option was greyed out and said sth like, you dont controll atleast 80% of anglo saxon provinces (in german: Sie kontrollieren nicht mindestens 80% der angelsächsischen Provinzen). I controlled 100% of them.
Furthermore, scottish wasnt a culture until it just became mine, i had some Tiles in scottland, those were in the galiic? idk the english word, culture group.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I guess just reunite all anglo saxon culture provinces?
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
