Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I requested a divorce of my adulterous wife, and the Pope accepted (+40 or so) and my piety went down by 100, but remained married.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Get back to 100 piety and try to request divorce

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Thank you for reporting, we confirmed this bug using your save file and are working on fixing this issue.

If you still want to continue on this character, the divorce will be effective if you have 200 piety, it will still only cost you 100 piety.

We hope you continue to enjoy the game.
