Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Mesopotamia in game contains one "major river" which is labelled as Euphrates, even though this river is actually Tigris and Shatt Al-Arab.
The western river is Euphrates. The eastern river is Tigris. They flow into each other and form the river Shatt Al-Arab.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

It was 1.4.4 when I reported the bug. The bug is still present in the game in version 1.5

Yeah this is about localization accuracy and won't be an issue with the code. Only Major (uncross-able) rivers get names, and this one starts being a Major River at Baghdad, where it should definitely still be called the Tigris. Meanwhile the Euphrates is a Minor River and therefore un-labelled. From what I understand it should be the Tigris, until it gets to the sheikhdom of Ubulla, and then become the Shatt Al-Arab for its final stretch. Heck, there's even a Duchy called Euphrates, and the in-game Euphrates (aka the Tigris) doesn't go through it.

It was 1.4.4 when I reported the bug. The bug is still present in the game in version 1.5
