Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Whenever I start the game every single character, except for a few have white hair. Upon selecting or attempting to make a character the hair colour cannot be changed from white. I have tried to disable the DLC and reinstall the game multiple times to no success. the hair and beard colours remain to be white.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Honestly, I have no clue. no one else seems to be having this issue as far as I can tell. It happens as soon as I run my game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times and ensured all the traces of the game were clear of my computer before reinstalling, and all my drivers are updated correctly. Alas everyone still has snow-white hair without any way of changing it. I have attempted to fix this issue with mods but to no avail ethier.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

The problem occurs on the launch of the game. I have it uninstalled at the moment and don't currently have an available save file. And yes I tried without mods and nothing changed.

Would you mind trying the following:
- rename the Crusader Kings III documents folder so that a new one can be generated

I have the same issue, is there a solution?
