Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When a Varangian Adventure is active it will check constantly if the player has a Kingdom or higher title and if one is found it will invalidate the war. However there is no similar check in place when attempting to Enforce Demands. This can result in a Varangian Adventure completing successfully but leaving the player with a Kingdom title. It may be possible to do the same with an Empire title as well; provided you meet all of the requirements and have all of the necessary resources to create 2 Kingdom titles and 1 Empire title.
Would rate it a 0 on pain because it's honestly kind of funny.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. Get all of the requirements to create a Kingdom title, but do not create it.
2. Use Varangian Adventure CB against your intended target.
3. Pause the game when you have 100% War Score.
4. Without unpausing the game: create your Kingdom title, and then use Enforce Demands.
5. Enjoy your Duchy sized realm with a Kingdom title.
Keeping the game paused is important.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Easy fix: add a check for any Kingdom or Empire titles when you attempt to Enforce Demands. Alternatively have it destroy any Kingdom or Empire title as a safety measure.
