Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I noticed this when creating a mod for more flavor titles in the HRE. I added the 'Margraviato di Firenze' and that made all my titles be called the 'Margraviato di', for example, the nearby county of Siena which I owned was called the 'Margraviato di Siena'. So I tried it without mods, using Switzerland as a test. And sure enough, all titles have the prefix 'Confederation of'. 'Confederation of Apulia', 'Confederation of the Holy Roman Empire' etc.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Simply give yourself Switzerland using 'give_title Switzerland' in the console as Robert Guiscard. Then look on your other titles to see if they are also called 'Confederation of [NAME]'.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
