Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Locked tooltip for main character UI is difficult to hover over due to a gap between the tooltip and main character caused by the spouse slot. So if you don't move your mouse cursor fast enough, the tooltip disappears. I believe this was fixed with RC but has appeared again for some reason, although not as severe as before. This occurs on 130% UI as well as 100% UI. I'm on 1440p monitor.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Lock tooltip for the char on the left in the char UI. Try to move mouse cursor somewhat slowly over the locked tooltip. It often disappears before you are able to do so.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
