Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I was the head of my dynasty witch 116k troops. after patch iam not able to use the skill tree but my character is shown as the head of my dynasty. The scroonshot shows me as person in my dynasty with the most troops, the second shows that i cant use the dynasty skill tree.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
i dont know. launched the game first time after patch

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Hello Itz_Quicksilver,

Thank you for reporting this issue. I have tried loading the save file and it worked fine (Dynasty Skill Tree was available), but I have added the issue to the database nonetheless.

I think this is still an issue in 1.4 Azure - can anyone advise if it is supposed to be fixed, or a date when it will be? It's rather annoying, and prevents decisions like strengthen bloodline.
