Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
In the county of Chandax in the Duchy of Krete, the baronies of Ierapetra and Agios Nikolaos are switched.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
It's been a problem since launch... I work on Crete and love playing there in all your games, but this relatively minor mix up has prevented me from enjoying my usual Cretan campaign.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
