Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I started as Haesteinn, created a custom kingdom, and my court appears to be Indian; I tried moving my capital but that didn't help

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
start as a Viking adventurer and create a custom kingdom in Iberia

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
my save's in the cloud so I couldn't attach it (i reseted my first game, but here are the screenshots I made in the debug mode – after i embraced local traditions everything became normal)
