Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The achievement "King of all the Isles", having for first condition Starting and staying as a North Germanic Astruan of any kind", remains listed as "Possible" even after you convert to another culture (but the achievement is indeed culture locked, as I learned the hard way...)
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start as a Rurik Rurikid, immediately convert, check possible achievements.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
