Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I have a truce with a certain pesky northman. He then proceeded to declare war (again) raising 8000 troops (again) before the truce expired.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Be the target of a northmen invasion, then be the same target again within the same year. Not sure.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
It looks like he's spending a lot of prestige to go to war. Is the AI able to break truces like the player can? If so, then ignore this report.
