Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Started an ironman run with count werner salian at the earliest start point. Played a few decades and exited the game. Loaded the game next day and found every (or at least every one I checked) with the "at the deaths door" modifier. Characters proceeded to die within few months and the game ended when I ran out of heirs.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Not directly reproducible. Seems to be a random issue and since it was iron man can't try to reload.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Unfortunately, as always before a launch, we encourage you to wrap up any saved games you might have ongoing, as any major updates will almost certainly create issues with those saved games. If you want to continue any previously made saves, we recommend you to revert to the previous update on steam, and conclude your run before jumping into Royal Court!

Similar issue happened to me on a brand new ironman save that I started after update. I reported it separately, never knew about bug reporting until today

I don't think I've ever just "wrapped up" a CK play through that didn't involve a rage quit.

**Edit** I can confirm that my current play through has been "wrapped up"....
