house pallars-jussa also, from the same dynasty

Pallars-Jussa, Pallas-Sobira, and Ufes need to translate.

What is lacking with these characters is that their dynasty doesn't have an ID in one of the files in this folder

Crusader Kings III\game\common\dynasties

And the characters themselves in the historyfiles tlack the non-existant dynasty-ID, see this character as an example
