Short summary of your issue
Losing money even though I have a positive income

Game Version
CK3 Royal Court

What OS are you playing on?
Windows

What platform are you using?
Steam

What DLC do you have installed?
Royal Court,

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Have you tried verifying your game files (Steam only)?
No

How much "pain" is this causing you?
5

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I had positive income and was losing 1 gold a year and it didn't seem to matter how much my income rate changed, it was consistently losing a gold every year or so

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I have no idea. I had just lost my kingdom to a claimant and it started happening

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

I have attached a save game
Yes

Hi there!

Unfortunately, the issue does not reproduce on our end. Can you provide us with more information? The income seems to update to correct numbers after a day or so.

Cheers!

Hello! I have the same issue - including losing the title prerequisite. My guess would be is that the game still tries to deduce money from the royal court despite me not having a royal court.

Screenshots to illustrate that the debt does not reduce despite having positive balance (I had this debt in the first place because of this bug).

EDIT: reloading the game fixed the issue, so the only way for you to check it is to replicate the issue yourself (Losing kingdom or empire title), not use the save game.

Hi!

I'll be still needing more info to reproduce this one:
Were the saves created on 1.4.4 version of the game or are were they created on 1.5.0.1 version ?
How did you lose your kingdom ? Is it due to claimant faction and losing a war, or allowing the claimant to take over ?
Do you accumulate debt over time or is it instant ?

Cheers!

Not my thread, but I will continue, as I believe we have the same issue.

1. It is new save
2. Both, really. It does not matter how you lose your title. I got both deposed and allowed claimant to take over. The key is to lose kingdom/empire titles.
3. Debt is accumulated over time. Game will show, like, +1 monthly balance and still deduce money.

If you want to use my save, it is fairly easy. You just need to go over trouble of becoming a basileos, and in a couple of months you will have a claimant faction of several hundred percent strength. Allow them to take over, and you are doux again.

Hi!

Thank you for the answer, I managed to reproduce the issue and added it to our database.

Cheers!
