Nithing pole event (event fp1_yearly.1011) - the victim is not excluded from the list of the possible witches, so (s)he can culprit and the victim at the same time.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

Hi! Unfortunately, I did not make any screenshot, but I send my last saved game. The event target was my court chaplain (39407), and he was also one of the possible culprits.
