Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Wiki shows that the Parochialism bonus for cities to holding taxes is off by a factor of 10. Wiki says bonuses should be 10/20/30/40, but in game it is only 1/2/3/4

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Look at a culture city holding with Parochialism or Republican Legacy

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Same issues here, I'm sure the game is not activating any mod which edit the in-game data.

And just make my Parochialism&Republican game become a trash.
