Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The tooltip for Renderer under Advanced- General in the Settings menu is not displaying properly. It displays SETTING_RENDERER_TOOLTIP

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
From the game's main menu. Open Settings and hover over "Renderer" in "Graphics" under "Advanced - General"
