Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Get wrong house and dynasty banner when using ruler designer.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
When selecting 867 start as Byzantium, creating own ruler through Ruler Designer, when editing the dynasty you will get the house/dynasty banners from the original start ones (Makedon) instead of the ones fitted to your house and dynasty, I see no way ingame to change this.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
The game seems to think that these banners belong to my dynasty and house, as I'm unable to gift the dynasty banner to the Makedon dynasty head saying "it can only be gifted to the dynasty head".
