Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Anglo-Saxon culture completely flips to Scotts when the player owns one province where and when the event happens.
Completely ruined my Ironman game. I was the culture head with every single anglo-saxon county held by me.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Be the culture head of anglo-saxon/own every anglo county, own one in the scotts core, wait for the event, enjoy the most cursed (or fun game if you are scottish) ever.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Just hit this. Offered vassalisation to a petty queen who had 8 counties, ironman save locked out...

This just fired for me as well. I own ALL of Anglo Saxon counties only 3 in Scotland. Kind of lame.

Simple fix for this so you don't ruin your entire game is up on the workshop under the title "No True Scotsman"

Unlocks the second option so you can deny the change. You do need a save before the event takes place, and this will break achievements. Make sure you have a backup of your save if you want to replay with achievements enabled at some point.
