Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Spouses across the world use a western circlet as headgear instead of their appropriate culture's headgear. Spouses from India to the Middle East all wear the same Western Circlet despite it not being culturally appropriate.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start a new game on the new patch and look at spouse portraits.
