Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible


Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Started in Athens, currently year 892. Have kingdom of athens. Have a claim on Cagliari in southern Sardinia. Lose the war and as a result have to pay an obscene amount. result is the same whether surrender is forced at 100% or manually at 98%.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

I don't think this is a bug, btw. The defender probably has the stalwart defenders tradition which increases defensive war payouts by 100%
