I'm sorry I don't plan to provide archives. I think this is a game problem. You can trigger Jihad to reproduce the problem by cheating at any opening.

I usually turn on mods to play games, but I am pretty sure this is a bug in the original game.

Noone joins as attacker in any directed ghws.
The culprit seems to be the line exists = scope:target_character #adding a security in case there is no more valid target
in event 0092 in the great_holy_wars_events.txt that was added with the patch.
