Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The river Tigris is north of the Euphrates and Baghdad is on its banks.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

I just noticed this today when playing as the Abbasid. Really breaks the immersion. Also why only one major river? It should be two, the Tigris and Euphrates.

Please fix it.
