Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Tooltip has wrong text string. Does not affect gameplay. Just confusing.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Open any game you're playing or attached > Open Courtiers panel > Hover mouse on any position name to see requirements.
For example, see Antiquarian. The tooltip says

[Somebody] is imprisoned.
[Somebody] is not your spouse
is not already employed....

The first and second line has unnecessary subject (some character name)
Also the first line does not have "NOT"

These should have been like this.

is not imprisoned
is not your spouse
is not already employed....

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
