Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I was playing with a friend who was my liege and who increased the crown authority to level 4. I was wondering why I couldn't declare war on independent rulers and since I knew it might be because of the crown authority, I checked it out. But yet. it only stated that I cannot declare on other vassals. So I changed my game language to english and checked the level 4 crown authority description again. There it stated that I cannot declare war on anyone, so yea long story short: The descriptions for the "vassal_internal_wars_banned" and "vassal_all_wars_banned" triggers are the same in the german translation.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
