Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I raised troops but forget to mark them as raiders so I marked them as raided after I started raising them. The game allowed me to go to Ibiza to raid, but after raiding, it would not let me leave because I am "unable to raid across seas". I cannot turn of raiding because it will not allow you to do so outside own territory, and I can't disband because I am in hostile territory. I also can't declare a war to cancel raid status because my troops are raised, and I cant try and revoke a title to get a vassal to rise up because my culture does not have prerequisite tech to increase crown authority. So I tried to arrest a vassal with tyranny which that caused all my vassals to rise up, yet the troop is still stuck on the island in raid status. It did not cancel raid status it and I cannot move them not cancel it.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I have not tried to reproduce it yet because it was ironman mode.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
