Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Tooltip about levy size from vassal is distorted when the vassal raises army. (revised)
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Can be checked in sav file.
1. Open file.
2. Check how many levies come from my vassals. Others are OK but only Mohkku looks strange. He gives me 87(=585 x 15%) but the slide bar looks shorter than expected. The tooltip shows only 46(=308 x 15%), not 87.
3. Switch character from myself to Mohkku, to see what happened. He has 585 levies from domain. If he gives me 15%, his levy strength should have been 497, not 308 as seen. The number 46 is 15% of this 308.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
It seems liege has no problem, considering my final levy size. It looks sure I'm getting 87 from Mohkku.
But Mohkku is losing big number for unknown reason. And the strange calculation is spreading contradictory tooltips.
(EDIT) I found this discrepancy happens in case that the vassal raises his levy. I found Mohkku's levy was already raised and now under attrition in Norway.
After he disbands army, the strength is restored to 497 and the tooltip / slide shows right value 87(from 585). Then, I think the game works as designed but real problem is that the tooltips are showing wrong information. His 87 levy is already reserved for me, his liege. So there is no reason that this value on tooltip is changed just because his army is in battlefield.
Conclusively, there is something wrong in tooltip (and levy size slide). I revised title and description accordingly.
(EDIT) Surely, I think the slide and tooltip was originally designed to indicate the loss of their levy for my own battle, not their battle. (another save file(levy4)).
I have attached a save game
