CK mp issues, cannot find/connect to game

had this weird prob last week when trying to connect to a game, came back with an error says 'no game is found on the host's ip'.
I'm not sitting behind a firewall so didn't think I need to open any additional ports...

any ideas?

no game found usually means a firewall issue.

what is your OS?
how do you connect to the internet?

I run a winXP home edition OS and connect with a Billion aDSL modem via a network card, never had any problems with other multiplayer games before this...

have you installed SP 2 from microsoft?

Take off the XP firewall atleast, that should help some. You can access it by clicking properties on your network connection, it is the advanced or something tab I think, just uncheck the firewall box.
