CK running slower on Windows 7

Hi guys!

I just installed CK on Windows 7 after making a clean install. And CK is working just fine. Except for one strange thing. The game runs slower than it did when I had XP. It's the same computer so the only difference is the OS (and the fact that it's a 64bit OS). Anyone know how to fix this or something?

Are you sure that's not placebo effect?

Yeah, I'm sure. As an example, sieging with a small army of 500 takes forever now on max-speed, whilst before it would go by quite quick.

I run CK in Win7 64bit with no noticeable slowdown compared to XP.

You could try XP mode or what it's called and see if it makes any difference.
