CK to EU3 converter?

I was trying to find a converter for CK Complete saves for EU3 complete. Got a nice game going on CK that let me do stuff I was trying to do in EU3, I'd love to be able to continue my alternate history. The only converter I could find anything on is apparently abandoned and was never released.
