I have no proof or technical data to back this up, but I find it odd that launching/playing Crusader Kings 2 or Europa Universalis IV makes Twitch streams unwatchable for me.

Buffering or completely stopping, these two games are the only games I play who do this.

I can for example play an MMO like Elder Scrolls Online and stream a Twitch stream with Source quality without any issue.
