When the event pops up it hang for a while and choices become unclickable for half or one second . it happens on all events and this problem happens me after i reinstall the game after clearing the game . i looked for a similar problems on forum i found 2 threads about this and every two of threads problem happened to them because of the paradox's data collection system and they fix this problem by changing 'dont_track_data' and 'has_made_track_choice' options in 'settings.txt' file which is located in the documents paradox ck2 but those are in 2016 and now those tracktion settings are gone there is no option like this
