Hi so i love the mod but i find i always get crashs and it slows down when theres lot going on so i was thinking oh a light version get right of anything that harpers performance or can we do this ourselves manuely?

I'd say wait for the 2.4 patch, or use dezuman's suggestion if you don't care about India.

The problem with removing content is that CK2PlusLite would basically mean adding more content to the base game, and then again removing some of that content. Surely it would be possible, but it would be a lot of work for the devs with little effect, as at best the it would speed up things slightly, and only few people would likely use it.
And imo the mod only intensifies vanilla performance issues, as there are no real new mechanics that affect performance heavily, only much more of the things that are in vanilla already. That's why I patiently wait for the 2.4 patch, because even though the game crashes for me fewer than ever right now, it is still really slow. If you believe Groogy a lot of the CPU was being used for evaluating about "Byzantine evil fun stuff" (castrating, blinding) and fatwas.

So I hope that the effect applies percentually, so if CK2Plus right now demands 120% processing power compared to vanilla 2.3, I hope that if e.g. vanilla 2.4 will only need 90% power, then CK2Plus will only need 108% (of vanilla 2.3).

I think the best answer is "no".

It will be nice to get some actual debugging tools with 2.4, but until then the mod is what it is. If it's too heavy for your computer to use, or you don't like using mods that might crash once in a while, then move on.
