I'm new to Crusader Kings, just started playing a few days ago. I wanted to try the CK2+ mod, mainly for the shattered realms feature that is mentioned in the mods description. I've installed the mod, and I can tell it's changed some things in the new game I started, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to get the shattered realms to function, nor can I find anything online that explains it. I've spent the last 2 hours looking and starting new games trying to figure it out, and I am thoroughly frustrated at this point. What am I missing here?

in game rules, there is new world order option. should be 7th or 8th from the end.

Thank you. I knew it had to be something simple. I hadn't noticed the pull down for the rules page before. 
Will that function be fixed to use with the ruler designer in the next update?
it just does not seem as much fun with out it...

there isn't a command in the console that we can use to activate for all meanwhile?
Had a quick look at the event, I don't think scopes in it would agree with the console.

so i tried the new version 4.05.1, no other mods, with the ruler designer, the game rule "new world order" was turned on. I still could not trigger the shattered realms.
Any clue as to why? I thought it was fixed? Still thanks for the quick update

I let one day tick by, no event did pop up, nor did a decision come up in the intrigue window?
it also does not come up with a vanilla ruler
