CK2 to EU4 Multiplayer Desync

so me and my friend played CK2 all the way to the year 1444 and decided to move to Europa Universalis.
i played Israel and he played the Zealots (after we gave them land of their own) and now we are having trouble to play every time we launch the game my friend gets an instant desync and when we try to continue even with the desync he just gets disconnected and it's really annoying... is there anything we can do to fix this?

yea i can play it just fine with no problems at all but when we try the converted game it just desynch immediately

Okay, try this as a test: one of you start a new CK2 campaign with no mods, and convert it immediately you get into the game.

Then load it up in EU4 and see if you two can MP that game. If so, as I suspect, there's something in that particular campaign/save that's doing this. If that is the situation I don't think we're going to be able to fix it for you, I'm sorry.

could it be because of the shattered world dlc we used? or because the starting date was started in 769?

Then load it up in EU4 and see if you two can MP that game. If so, as I suspect, there's something in that particular campaign/save that's doing this. If that is the situation I don't think we're going to be able to fix it for you, I'm sorry.

no change still the same thing... crashing the moment we tried to start up the save... i have a feeling it is because of the versions we are playing... i have a problem that i've been on the line with a support for around six months ago where i can't update the game so we are playing on older versions

so could you like... send me an older version of the converter that might work?

we tried everything clean wipes reinstalling clearing cache,reinstalling steam literally everything we used that speccy program and i sent him a bunch of dxdiagnosis reports and we couldn't fix it

i'm gonna try updating to windows 10 and maybe it'll work if it still doesn't i'll open another ticket...

You. are welcome to do so, but you are really stretching the boundaries here. I doubt either the CK2 or EU4 dev teams will want to take this on!
