CK3 chapter IV doesn't include any DLC yet?

Should chapter IV include all DLC? I purchased it, reinstalled CK3, reinstalled steam, deleted manually all files associated including My Documents from CK3, restarted my PC and did many many more and nothing helped. I still see just this during launch:

I was surprised that nothing was installed after I purchased it (I have just base CK3 game). It keeps saying "New DLC for Crusader Kings III has been added to your account and will be installed along with the game". Sadly it is not, Im starting the game and I see in main menu that all DLC are off.

I think they simply have not yet released them. Chapter is like season access right? And chapter has been just begun. So dlcs will come out during this chapter.
upd: one of dlcs should have been already released, crowns of the world

Chapter 4 is basically a season pass so you won't get the DLC until they actually release. Khans of the Steppe comes out of the end of next month but you do already have one of the DLC, Crowns of the World, even if it is an incredibly minor one.
