(Disclamer: This is my first time useing the paradox oficial forum, so if i miss something i should have done, tell me. Also english is my third language.)
I have been playing CK3 for a while now (a year or so) and after a shorter break i decided play my 2 generation savefile where i planed to play from the 9th century to the end of the game. Turns out a DLC droped (which probably came with a update, not sure tho) and all of my previouse savefiles now didnt work at all (game crashed/cloased the moment i clicked the button). People on the steam forum told me that its normal for paradox games to behave like this (really great thing since most games paradox has (that i am aware of) are made to last 100s of hours to play in a single savefile.). Then i treid to start out fresh and i discovered that every time i click a buton that starts a loading screen the game seems to flip a coin if it crashes (its more of a force cloaseing then i crash since there isnta crash pop up or log after). This resulted in me not being able to at all to play the game outside of just siting there looking at willy the conqourer, duches matilda and some random guy in the main menu. the game also liked to crash at start up.
I got the game on free via xbox gamepass, btw. and i have tried everything! i uninstaled and reinstaled the game, i tried deleteing some files that people told me should fix it and i tried to restart my computer dozens of times! the launcher is fine tho but why do updates do this even tho i meet the minimun requirements?! Istg i will go mad over this!!!!
