CK3 Multiplayer OOS when using windows and linux

Description​

When you play a ck3 multiplayer game where the host uses linux and a player windows (or vice versa), the game will encounter an out of sync error within the first few days, with the message that a mismatch occured in CoatOfArms

Steps to reproduce​

1) start a multiplayer game where host & player use different OS's (error happens at least with windows & linux)
2) unpause game
3) wait a bit
