Ck3 Tournaments counter stuck on day 1

Description​

it issue with champions if you sometime pick one or change intent during event taking place or pick a champion in general time get stuck at turn one there is a fix on workshop mod and its still effecting most recent game version as of date 5/16/223

I seen someone posted this bug earlier but the reply was that it was fixed in 1.9.0.3 I am reposting because its not fixed and is sitll happening in version 1.9.0.4 the current fix community has is to kill off the champion it seems and that unsticks the event from day 1 and allows it to take place.
