Hello, Dear Tech Support!

I cant play CKII due to constant crashes. This issue appears after 5-10 mins of gameplay. I have one mode but my game continue to crash no matter is mode on or off.

I have tried some solutions to fix it, but unlikely they did not help:
1) reinstall the game
2) delete CKII folder in My Documents
3) change capability mode to Win XP

I attache screenshots of my comp spec, dlc and mode pages, current capability mode, logs and dumps.

Hope i will be able to conquer the world asap :(

Thanks a lot, best regards.

Has this always happened since you've had the game? Or just since the recent 3.2 patch perhaps, or since when?

i have no AV
Then you almost certainly have Windows Defender active. add ck2game.exe to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.

[systemsettings.cpp:262]: OS: Windows XP Service Pack 3 Build: 2600
Please undo this, it is not necessary.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK2/settings.txt

I bought CKII 1 week ago, so did not play it before 3.2

I'm afraid I cannot read Russian so that screenshot doesn't tell me much!
Windows 10 Корпоративная 2016 с долгосрочным обслуживанием 64-bit (10.0, Build 14393) (14393.rs1_release.190503-1820)
This seems to be quite old, can you update Windows 0 to the latest?

And the nVidia driver should get updated too:

Disabling a mod does not remove what effects it has already had on a save game file. Do you get this problem in a campaign that has never had any mods used with it?

You better have to! There is no more USSR on the map, but the Red dream keeps spreading and soon we will come from the underground. Prepare, Komrade!
Anyway that screenshot was just some kind of proof that i did what u was asking for.

No, i cant. You better not ask why, anyway Microsoft will become OUR soon. :D

Yes, i start new game every time.

Seems the problem was here, i have updated my videocard drivers and start testing the game. No more crashes at the moment.
I will feedback you if something bad will happen (i know you cant wait to continue this conversation with me :D)

Also, i tried to troubleshoot this problem by myself for like one week using google and now i realize that i saw lot of different posts where people had problems with CKII which were related to GeForce drivers and GeForce Expierence (for some reason i did nont think i have problem here). I guess lot of them had the same problem as me (old drivers), but i did not see this problem/solution in Tech Support FAQ on your forum. May be it will help someone if u will add it.

Thanks for your help, Komrade!
