This is my first post so I want to say hello to everyone :)
I would try to desribe my problem with my quite broken English

I have a problem with launching the game. When I click on desktop shortcut, Steam shows information "Preparing to launch CKII" then it disappears and nothing happens. Process is not presented in task manager. When I try to launch game directly through exe in Steam folder, there is commonly known error 0xc000007b.
Recently I had this problem with another game (No Man's Sky) after reinstalling Windows so I know I must have both msvcr100.dll x86 and x64 files in system32 and syswow64 folders. I downloaded new ones and replace old ones. After PC restarting it still doesn't work.
Next step was to delete dx9 files from system32 and syswow64 (restarting PC), uninstall vcredist 2010 x86 and x64 (restarting PC), reinstall dx9 (restarting PC), reinstall vcredist x86 (restarting PC), reinstall vcredist x64 (restarting PC). And it still doesn't work. Of course I did this whole process again with reinstalling game on Steam.

DxDiag attached below.
Please help me because I am helpless to myself

Install ALL these Microsoft modules:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=8328
https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=13523
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109
(run dxsetup.exe after extracting from this download)

Also if you have installed RadeonPro, or a gaming VPN app called Evolve, or the MSI Gaming App, or Duet, disable it as it clashes with this game.

Add ck2game.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.

I have already installed all these modules.
Anyway, I uninstalled all the modules and installed ONLY those indicated by you. Next was dxsetup and adding exceptions to the antivirus. I do not have any VPN applications or any other of this type.
It still does not work.

It's strange because I've never had a problem running a game that could not be solved in a maximum of one hour. I'm starting to give up.

That error is always a missing MS module or an AV app getting in the way, IME.

When you ran those installers, did they all seem to run okay, to actually do anything? Any errors?

What AV app do you use?

I downloaded new ones and replace old ones.
If you downloaded these from anywhere except Microsoft, you may have bad or infected ones. I'd delete them and run deep malware scans with at least 3 separate utilities.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK2/settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/CK2/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

Ok, it started working. I have removed the previously downloaded msvcr100.dll files from the system32 and sysWOW64 folders, and then uninstalled and reinstalled all microsoft modules from your first post. At the end I restarted dxsetup.exe.

Something that helped in one case (msvcr100.dll) did harm in the other.

Thank you so much for help :)
