So I had been away from most of the CK2 threads due to a whole bunch of factors including applying to college. I heard about CK3 but I wasn't that into it. I thought that it was well, a hype cashgrab because I felt like CK2 was already complete. I was wrong. The dev diaries actually make it look like a changed game. It obviously has flaws (that will no doubt be corrected in DLC I will 100% pay for like the sheep I am) but I FEEL like it is a huge improvement. Part of this is due to it's presentation. CK3 is far slicker than pretty much any other Paradox game. The font is unique and eye grabbing, the map is luscious and everything seems geared towards approachability. From 2 name summaries of personalities to Dynasty Mottos. The game looks like what Total War Attilla looked like in comparison to the older Total War games. Bravo Paradox.
