click on "offer a transaction" then nothing happens

Hi!
Recently I've bought HoI 1 and started the tutorials. Generally everything is clear but the "resources" section causes the problem. When it comes to an example with trading on the world market the game just stucks. When doing tasks I get a new one and click on "offer a transaction" then nothing happens. Resources increase and decrease but the tutorial won't go further. Please, tell me where is the problem?

Well, generally paradox tutorials (like so many others) are cobbled together quickly.

Just start playing - if you have managed all other tutorials that should be easy enough, and if you experience any troubles in game, just come here and ask more questions

Chuckle i have been playing Hoi1 for years and still cant get my head round how the trading works properly

But the chances are that you are playing as Germany?..In the case of Fascist Nations they do not trade well and once at war ,Trade is pretty much over for them, so that might be part of the Problem...but that does pretty much replicate the war time situation for the Axis?
