This is a minor UI suggestion.

During some interactions, such as choosing which provinces you want to cede in peace, you can click directly on the provinces to select them.

During other interactions, such as selecting which province to Fabricate on, you cannot click directly on the provinces to select them. Instead you have to read through a list (and maybe move the camera around if haven't memorized province names). It's a very minor inconvenience, but it is an inconvenience. I think it ought to change.

I like this idea. It would be even better if you could assign a diplomat to fabricate claims on several provinces in a row, without the need for the player to manually do so.

Yeah, this is on a todo somewhere...

The great thing is, this button can go in the exact same spot as the Make Core / Abandon Core button.

You own a province and have a core on it: button is blank
You own a province and don't have a core on it: "Make Core"
You don't own a province and have a core on it: "Abandon Core"
You don't own a province and don't have a core on it: "Fabricate Claim"
