Clone Dynasty (Franconia)

There seem to be two "of Franconia" dynasties: 665 "of Frankonia", and 245 "of Franconia". Same for Luxembourg (670 and 100115) Though I haven't confirmed that in game...

Among greek dynasties too: I saw 1 paleologus and 1 palaiologos, 1 komnenus and 1 komnenos, and few others which now I can't recall.

There are several duplicate dynasties, mostly it's a case of different spelling, like "of Luxemburg", "de Luxembourg" and "von Luxemburg".

If a dynasty has no provinces assigned to it, it will never pop up on a random courtier during the game and thus you prolly won't ever see "von Luxemburg" in 1066 game. So these duplicates are harmless and don't even bother anyone else than someone searching the dynasties.txt for them.
