Closing the F12 window and a F12 bug

What do I do to close the F12 window? After pressing F12 I am not able to close the window. Have I missed somthing in the manual?

When the F12 widow is open I can not scroll the map or use the Pause key. Is it a feuture or a bug?

You have to press F12 again

just press F12 again and move the mouse. The box will disappear.

Actually, an even easier way is to press Ctrl + F12.

Yes, I know this because I run into it very often also. Instead of pressing the Pause key, I often press F12. Very annoying....
